My current work is an exploration of milagros, amulets and talisman. The symbols and sacred beliefs share a deep connection in meaning and knowledge across the world and across time. The three major religions when viewed from a mystical level share the same symbols for both healing and protection, sacred numbers, the eye, the hand, the heart. I find this ironic as this tiny portion of the world, the source of these religions, have fought each other for thousands of years and now threaten the entire world.
